It depends on your coverage and your situation. For Medicare weight-loss coverage through the Bridge, the choices are Wegovy, Zepbound, and Foundayo. Commercial and Medicaid coverage vary by plan and may favor one over another. Oral options now exist for people who prefer not to inject.
