It's the same molecule, compounded by U.S.-licensed 503A and 503B pharmacies. It is not the brand-name Mounjaro or Zepbound · those are made by Eli Lilly. Compounded tirzepatide is legal to prescribe when clinically appropriate.

How fast will I lose weight?
