Tirzepatide
Weekly injection · personalized formulation
A personalized, compounded tirzepatide formulation prescribed by our physicians and prepared by a US-licensed 503A pharmacy. Tirzepatide acts on two pathways (GLP-1 and GIP), which is why patients typically see faster results than with semaglutide alone.
Stay ahead of nausea in weeks 1–4.
Most patients on semaglutide or tirzepatide feel some nausea as they titrate. Ondansetron 4mg ODT melts on your tongue and works in minutes · no pill, no water.
- Fast-dissolving tablet · works within 15 minutes
- Prescribed alongside your GLP-1, ships together
- Stop any time · billed monthly, cancel in one tap

Tirzepatide is the most effective GLP-1 we offer · and based on your goals, I think it's the right fit. We'll start at the lowest dose and titrate up over the first 8 weeks.

review
Tirzepatide isn't right for everyone, but for patients who want the fastest results · and can tolerate the higher cost · it's typically my top recommendation. Two-pathway action, dual mechanism, real outcomes.
