Zepbound® Single-Dose Vials
Weekly injection from vial + syringe (tirzepatide) · FDA-approved
Zepbound® Single-Dose Vials are FDA-approved tirzepatide · the SAME medication as the KwikPen, sold in single-dose vial format at the same price through LillyDirect®. Some patients prefer vials for the simpler form factor. Same outcomes, same Eli Lilly manufacturing. We provide consultation and prescription. LillyDirect® Pharmacy fulfills.
Two simple payments · here's how it works
Today you only pay the $49 to Body Good. The pharmacy bills you separately when they fill the prescription.
Syringes are NOT included with your shipment. You'll need to purchase insulin syringes (1 mL, 29–31G) separately at any pharmacy · typically $15–30 per month · along with a small sharps disposal container.
Stay ahead of nausea in weeks 1–4.
Most patients on semaglutide or tirzepatide feel some nausea as they titrate. Ondansetron 4mg ODT melts on your tongue and works in minutes · no pill, no water.
- Fast-dissolving tablet · works within 15 minutes
- Prescribed alongside your GLP-1, ships together
- Stop any time · billed monthly, cancel in one tap
You'll set up payment for your medication directly with LillyDirect® after approval

With eligible commercial insurance + Zepbound savings card: as low as $25/mo
Alternate fulfillment: if you'd rather use Amazon Pharmacy®, ask your care team to route your prescription there instead. Amazon offers home delivery · including same-day delivery in 3,000+ U.S. cities. You'd pay Amazon directly for the medication; pricing is set by Amazon and may differ from the manufacturer programs above.
Medicare patients can use LillyDirect self-pay (paying cash). Manufacturer copay savings cards exclude government insurance.
If you're comfortable drawing a dose into a syringe, the vial format is identical in price to the KwikPen and many patients actually prefer the simpler vial. We'll write the prescription and send it to LillyDirect.

Same medication, same outcomes · vials vs. KwikPen is just a delivery format choice. Some patients prefer vials, some prefer the pen. The Eli Lilly manufacturing is identical. We can write either prescription.
