Do I qualify?
Most adults do. We screen for safety first. GLP-1s are not for anyone with a personal/family history of medullary thyroid cancer (MTC) or MEN-2, during pregnancy/breastfeeding, or with certain pancreatitis histories. Your clinician will review your medical history and meds before prescribing.
What’s the difference between compounded and branded GLP-1s?
Branded (Wegovy®, Zepbound®, Ozempic®, Mounjaro®) are FDA-approved, fixed-dose pens. Compounded semaglutide/tirzepatide are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies when appropriate and may use multi-dose vials with syringes. We source from pharmacies that provide COAs and perform third-party testing.
What if my insurance denies coverage?
We appeal when possible. If it’s a hard no, we’ll show you Self-Pay Compounded or Self-Pay Branded options so you’re not stuck waiting.
Side effects—what should I expect and how do you manage them?
