This Shipping Policy governs the fulfillment and delivery of supplements, wellness products, and prescription medications offered by Body Good Studio LLC and Body Good LLC (“Body Good,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order with Body Good, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Supplements & Wellness Products

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped from our fulfillment center.
  
  
• Domestic shipments generally arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  
  
• International shipping is available for supplements and wellness products. Customs duties, import taxes, and delivery times vary by destination and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
  
  

Prescription Medications

• All prescription medications are dispensed and shipped directly by our licensed pharmacy partners.
  
  
• Processing typically occurs within 24–72 hours of provider approval.
  
  
• Medications are shipped using overnight or next-day delivery where required to ensure compliance with cold-chain handling.
  
  
• Tracking details are provided upon shipment.
  
  

Delivery Estimates & Limitations

• All shipping times are estimates only; Body Good makes no guarantee of delivery by a specific date.
  
  
• Body Good shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, force majeure events, or other factors beyond our control.
  
  

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

• Customers must promptly notify Body Good of lost or damaged shipments. We will coordinate with the pharmacy or carrier to determine replacement eligibility.
  
  
• Each case will be reviewed individually.
  
  
• Body Good is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.
  

Risk of Loss

• Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the order by the carrier.
