Considering GLP-1 Support? Our 3-Month Essentials Program Is a Provider-Guided Option for Ongoing Care

The Essentials Program is a three-month, structured telehealth program for adults whose licensed clinician has decided that a GLP-1–based plan (such as tirzepatide) may be appropriate as part of their overall weight-management care. It’s designed for women who want consistency, accountability, and clear support over time—not just a single visit.

Built for Women Who Want Structure That Works

The Essentials Program is ideal for women who are ready for a more guided, step-by-step approach. Instead of navigating GLP-1 therapy alone, you’ll have a care team checking in regularly, helping you troubleshoot side effects, and supporting your day-to-day habits.

Your $699, 3-month program fee covers your clinical care, coaching, and support services. Any prescription medications (including tirzepatide or other GLP-1 options) are prescribed only when clinically appropriate and are filled and billed separately by the pharmacy or manufacturer program, based on your coverage and eligibility.

What’s Included in the Essentials Program (3 Months)

Everything in our foundational Tier 1 program, plus:

Long-term metabolic reset framework
A three-month plan to support sustainable changes in appetite, energy, and daily routines—not a quick fix.

Weekly accountability check-ins
Short, focused touchpoints to review your progress, address questions, and adjust your plan as needed.

Hunger and habit coaching
Practical strategies to manage cravings, emotional eating, and portion control, tailored to your schedule and stressors.

Cultural nutrition support
Guidance that respects your cultural foods and preferences, so your plan feels realistic and sustainable—not restrictive or generic.

Priority provider access
Faster response times for clinical questions about your GLP-1 plan, side effects, or dose adjustments.

Refill coordination support
Help with coordinating prescription renewals, prior authorizations, and pharmacy communication so you’re not doing it alone.

If your clinician determines that a GLP-1 medication such as tirzepatide is appropriate, your prescription will be sent to a participating pharmacy (or manufacturer program) and filled according to your insurance or self-pay arrangement.

How the Essentials Program Works

  1. Complete your medical intake
Share your health history, medications, goals, and previous weight-management attempts through our secure telehealth platform.

  2. Meet with a licensed provider
Your clinician will review your intake, discuss risks and benefits, and decide whether a GLP-1–based treatment plan is appropriate for you. A prescription is never guaranteed and is based solely on clinical judgment.

  3. Start your personalized plan
If prescribed, your medication plan (dose, titration, and follow-up schedule) is customized to you. Your program also includes coaching around food, movement, sleep, and stress.

  4. Stay supported for 3 full months
Weekly check-ins, messaging access, and refill coordination help you stay consistent and address challenges early, rather than waiting for problems to build.

Who the Essentials Program May Be Right For

Women who want steady, structured support, not a one-time visit

Those beginning or continuing a GLP-1–based plan and wanting more guidance

Anyone who values culturally sensitive nutrition and realistic habit coaching

Patients who prefer clear, scheduled check-ins and help navigating refills and authorizations

Important Program & Safety Information

GLP-1 medications, including Tirzepatide, are prescription drugs and are only started after a licensed clinician reviews your medical history and determines they are appropriate for you.

Medication type (branded vs. compounded), dose, and duration are determined by your clinician and may change over time. Medication costs are not included in the Essentials Program fee and are billed separately by the dispensing pharmacy or manufacturer program.

Information about this program is for educational purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always talk to your licensed healthcare provider about which, if any, medication or program is suitable for you.

If you’ve already completed your intake or are ready to get started, you can enroll in the Essentials Program – 3 Months and follow the next steps to schedule your provider visit and begin your structured care plan.
