The Essentials Program is ideal for women who are ready for a more guided, step-by-step approach. Instead of navigating GLP-1 therapy alone, you’ll have a care team checking in regularly, helping you troubleshoot side effects, and supporting your day-to-day habits.

Your $699, 3-month program fee covers your clinical care, coaching, and support services. Any prescription medications (including tirzepatide or other GLP-1 options) are prescribed only when clinically appropriate and are filled and billed separately by the pharmacy or manufacturer program, based on your coverage and eligibility.

If your clinician determines that a GLP-1 medication such as tirzepatide is appropriate, your prescription will be sent to a participating pharmacy (or manufacturer program) and filled according to your insurance or self-pay arrangement.

1. Complete your medical intake
   Share your health history, medications, goals, and previous weight-management attempts through our secure telehealth platform.

2. Meet with a licensed provider
   Your clinician will review your intake, discuss risks and benefits, and decide whether a GLP-1–based treatment plan is appropriate for you. A prescription is never guaranteed and is based solely on clinical judgment.

3. Start your personalized plan
   If prescribed, your medication plan (dose, titration, and follow-up schedule) is customized to you. Your program also includes coaching around food, movement, sleep, and stress.

4. Stay supported for 3 full months
   Weekly check-ins, messaging access, and refill coordination help you stay consistent and address challenges early, rather than waiting for problems to build.
